  8. Christmas Eve and handed three mustachioed employees their pink
  9. slips. No, the killjoy was the Walt Disney Co., whose grooming
  10. code forbids facial hair. Two years ago, Disney took over the
  11. Queen, a popular tourist attraction in Long Beach harbor,
  12. Calif. After the clean-shaven rule was imposed last month, some
  13. 200 hirsute workers yielded to the policy, but veteran waiter
  14. REZA NAZERTEHRANI refused -- and lost his job. Says he: "I have
  15. a right to decide how to take care of my face." Perhaps even
  16. the firm's founder wouldn't have passed inspection. Happy New
  17. Year, WALT DISNEY, you're fired.
